On Your First Visit
Please print and fill out all required forms before your arrival. If you are unable to complete the paperwork before your visit, please arrive 20 minutes early to allow extra time for check-in. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your consultation, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your appointment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will need to reschedule or will be considered a No-Show.
If you arrive later than scheduled, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests and will be charged at full value.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
If you don’t show for an appointment or cancel your appointment without notifying Vilate Med Spa LLC in a timely manner (24 hours prior), there may be a $50 No-Show. In the event of a second no-show or cancellation without proper notice, the $50 No-Show will reimburse Vilate Med Spa LLC for time lost.
Please notify our Spa Consultant before scheduling your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant.
Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval and accompaniment of an adult. Laser hair removal and electrolysis cannot be done on anyone under the age of 14.
As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones must be turned off when entering the spa.
We are unable to accommodate guests accompanying clients in the treatment area of the spa, including those complying with our age restriction policy. All non-clients must remain in the waiting lounge.
